Truffle hunting with ΙΕΚ PRAXIS

It is a beautiful thing to watch young students showing interest in Greek earth treasures. Alongside IEK PRAXIS students and chef Thodoris Papanikolaou we learn to distinguish mushroom, truffles and leaf vegetables as well as the techniques about safely collecting them.
The day carried on with a visit to the Kostas Lazaridis Winery Museum in Oinotria location, where the chef and students cooked using freshly collected mushrooms, vegetables and truffles following a wine tasting and a tour to the museum.
